IAOS Fall Meeting
The Illinois Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (IAOS) in conjunction with the Chicago Medical Society (CMS) is pleased to present this educational program, Avoiding and Treating Complications in Orthopaedic Surgery, to be held September 27-28 at the Illinois State Medical Society offices in downtown Chicago. Registration Information

Registration fees include course tuition; CME credit; program materials; ISMIE Risk Management Seminar; continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday; lunch on Saturday and refreshment breaks. A late fee of $75 will be added to all registrations received after September 12, 2008.

Hotel Information
Rooms are available to IAOS meeting attendees for a discounted rate of $239/night plus tax at the Palmer House Hilton, located just around the corner from the ISMS offices. To make your reservation, please call the Palmer House Hilton directly at 877-865-5321 and identify yourself as part of the IAOS. Rooms and rates are limited and will be confirmed on a space available basis until the association room block is full, or until August 27, whichever occurs first.
